OVER, if u wear it under it can scratch ur leggings(pantyhose/knee highs) and just looks weird!!!

Wear it over your stockings.
Stockings fix the anklet and keep it from moving. Also, your stockings will take the shiny off the anklet.

Wear it over. I think it's a very good look. I wouldn't advise wearing an anklet with tights (opaque hose) though.

You shouldnt wear it at all if your goint to wear knee highs or pantyhoes..anklets should be worn on a naked ankle not a covered one it takes away the look from the anklet

If you wear it over, you might lose it. Happened to a girl I went out with. If it was under the stocking, she would still have it!

over because it can put a hole in the pantyhose and what is the point of wearing one if it's stuck to you skin and not moving freely

over anklets are made to hang and shine and will do neither from under nylon

Anklets should be wore only on bare skin, it looks tacky otherwise.

wear them over! Nothing looks good worn under pantyhose or kneehighs... except underwear. haha
