It seems to grow more like a groundcover than a shrub. They say it should get to a 4x4 size, yet it seems to be growing mainly like a groundcover.
If it is a groundcover mostly, I need to move it where it wil be suited. any comments?

I have this plant. It is not much to talk about, but it does grow large if given enough moisture. The only was it resembles ground cover is that it tends to sprout babies. Perhaps you have a mislabeled plant. I do not think this plant needs much care, certainly not like my Rhodedendrons.
