It depends. I cant answer that and have the correct answer but I'll name a few and tell you why they are good if that what your looking for( i hope that what your looking for)
Febuary offers a lot of good ideas and themes for a birthday. Problem is , it cant be outside because it will probably be too cold most places depending on where you live so its not perfect.
Any month in the summer is a good month although it might get too hot but I think summer months are really good months because you can have a swimming party or something like that. You can crank the music and have a wild time at the pool. Bring some appetizers and snacks out and munch on them. Play some beach volley ball. Oh yeah and in the summer you can go to the beach with all your friends. It's always a good month because it offer a warm day so you can get out of the house.
Winter months are sometimes good because there is always a good theme in them like Christmas of New Years. But you have to stay indoors. Unless you want to go ice skating. Always an option. You can always bake cookies with your friends. Watch a movie and play some Christmas or winter games. Thats always fun if you ask me.
But I guess it doesnt matter which month is best because whatever month your born in is your birthday month unless you want to celebrate in a different month. I'll leave the decision up to you. Mines December reason it so happy with all the snow and yule and the top of the 300 and sixty 5 days. i like it reason we get a wreck from college too and definitely everyone basically seems plenty nicer in December.

the one you were born in...lol...i like mine in june. it gives my wife plenty of time to save for presents between christmas and my b-day
