the person you really like/have a crush on is still pinning for a guy/girl who doesn't care or have the same feelings abt them?more ever,he/she has already left their lives.
i am in a situation where the guy i like is still trying to get over this girl who left last year.(she didn't give a rats *** abt him,sorry for the language ppl).i know he likes me in a way but i have a feeling he's not trying his best to be with me.

you can't make someone like you or love you. the only thing to do is be friends with him and not to push him. you will find someone who will want to be with you, you just have to be patient.

I'm sorry that was a little ruff if u really like this guy then u should talk to him just as friends at first but when he gets over it then maby u can ask him out

Longing for someone is ok
but it is reasonable only when the other one is reciprocating within a reasonable time.
Its not really love but you know what...

Take it slow, invite him out for dinner and movie and just start spending time with him, that should make him start forgetting about her faster
