could it be a sign of ovulation?i started my period on january 28th and i had some cramping about last week off and on.what are the sign of ovulation.where could the cramps come from?they wernt heavy or nothing painful.

Ovulation isn't painful, menstruation is because the walls of the uterus are being torn down. To be on the safe side get a check up with your gynecologist to make sure your production facility is in proper working condition.
