Pretty broad based question there Partner. Are you referring to every American who comes to this site ? Or just a select few ?? I for one have no problems reading or understanding questions. As long as they are coherent. Please assist me in answering your question but which "Thick American on the News the other day" are you referring to ?? Are you speaking of intelligent, correctly spelled and phrased questions? They're easy to answer. The rambling, incoherent, misspelled and barely intelligibly English questions are difficult.
