is there anyone i can talk to about a tax problem?

someone claimed my son this year on there taxes with out me knowing an this year i couldn't file him because he was already used who can help me with this problem

You should call the IRS helpline, but if someone else incorrectly claimed your son on their taxes, that should not prevent you from claiming him as long as you are the provider. At some point, the IRS will sort out who is right or wrong.
