because there are bound to be women replying, I wont say where the swelling is. just that it is very painful and shouldnt be swelled

i guess maybe its sprained?? i dont even know if that could get sprained...but anyhow if i were u i would definetly get it looked at ASAP!!!

If you mean your penis or your testicles then see a doc and get it checked out right away. Left untreated these things can be dangerous.
