Open LimeWire. Go to Tools -> Options. Go to the "saving" section if you aren't already there. There will be a box that says where your files are saved. Click Browse to change where you would like your files to be saved to. Anyway, now you know where the songs on your computer are located.

Open iTunes. Click File -> Import. Locate the file on your computer where your music/videos are located. Double-click the file to import it into your iTunes library.

Plug in your iPod. The songs and videos should be automatically synced into your iPod.

Note: Only the iPod with video capability can play videos, that means that the iPod nano and iPod shuffle cannot play videos, so there's no point in downloading videos for your iPod if you have a nano or shuffle.

What the above poster said is correct, but there is a shortcut. Instead of using the "import" function in iTunes, follow these steps.

1. Follow his steps to find out where Limewire has saved the
files to.
2. Start iTunes.
3. Open that location using Windows Explorer (My Computer) and simply drag and drop them into the iTunes window.

I am guessing that you have burn your stolen music from Limewire to CD's. You then import them into iTunes so that they can be downloaded to the iPod.
