they court ordered drug tests ive never had a record of drugs and there has never been any records of my child being neglected for her to be taken out of my home. she was supposed to remain in my custody until the results came back and she was placed with my mother before we got the results

The court must have had a reason to place the child with your mom.
Take the drug tests if you want your child back. If you don't do drugs you have nothing to worry about. If you do use them, you shouldn't have your child in your home.

I've never had a record of drugs.......not "I have never used drugs".
No record of my child being neglected...not "I have never neglected my child".
Your child has been removed to a safe custodian, and if you want to fight that get a lawyer and move through the court system accordingly. Now everything will be "on record" /

You need to go to your states web site and laws. Unfortunately you really need an attorney. Look for the listings that have free legal help, each state should have that available. Good Luck!
