Is it that difficult to sell a used laptop on ebay after one year?

yes, it is difficult to sell a laptop on ebay unless you know all the SCAMS involving them.
you could be hit by the NIGERIAN BIN BANDITS.
you could have a bidder buy your laptop, then do a chargeback on their CREDIT CARD for a refund w/o sending you back the laptop.
you may receive emails as soon as it's listed, telling you they are willing to buy it for thousands of dollars, then find out that the payment you THINK you have been sent is FAKE.
there are so many things that can go wrong.
you would really be much better off advertising at a local school or in the local paper.
but whatever you do, i wish you luck.
just be CAREFUL!!

It's not difficult at all , and depending on the accessories and installed components , you could get 300 to 500 bucks for a 1 year old system.
Start by setting up a sellers account , then have a look at similar systems on ebay to see how much they are going for.
