The Met-Rx World's Strongest Man is the best-recognized annual international event in strength athletics. The current champion is Phil Phister, who won the competition on September 23, 2006, in Sanya, China. He is the first American to win since Bill Kazmaier in 1982.

The worlds strongest man is a finnish man called Mariusz Pudzianowski. to become the worlds strongest man you must take a series of.....tests i suppose which include pulling trucks lifting the biggest wieghts in the world and carrying boulder type things.;
