Vince because he has messed around with everyone including his family.He has also bulled his family like he harmed stephnie mcmahon at no mercy 2003.

Vince McMahon, he even walks like he has a tampon between his legs. Randy Orton would be next he is gay, always picking on females and So does Edge. Victoria is not that evil, but she wants to be. Kane is tough but no evil and so is Triple H.
But Mr. McMahon was so evil, he seems to be cooling off these days.

Victoria definatley pulls of the psychotic role with the yanking of her hair and such. The most evil used to be Kane but I'd now say McMahon

Typically the most evil and psycothic guy in the game has to be Triple H. Triple H has had it all in the past, the evil and the psychotic. He had it back in his Evolution days and his solo days. As for the psychotic, well....he is know as the Cerebral Assasin, there must be a reason hes called that.

Kane hands down. This guy is one of the strongest most psychotic wrestler I've ever seen.

edge acts like a psychopath sometimes because of how they make his character look because of the wwe championship, but kane tops all of the wrestlers, he did set mvp on fire not too long ago. and victoria for the diva, I heard shes retiring soon, I'm glad, her characters just plain boring and NOBODY likes her.
