I like your idea of running up and screaming “that’s my…” Another variation would be to go up to couples in a restaurant, (or similar place), throw a glass of water on either the man or woman, scream something about them lying about being single just to seduce you 2 day ago.
Of course, you would have to do it loud enough for everyone in the place to hear you, and then run out ‘crying’ before he/she can reply.
While you’re at it, if you’re convincing enough, you can run out on your bill at the same time.
Actually, I think you should try both a man and a woman, just for comparison.

well nothing says 'I love you' then buying some Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (my fav is Half Baked - Fudge Brownie + Choco chip cookie dough). And rent a few movies and dont celebrate it at all!
I liked it in school where people would just drop random candy and Valentines into your craft box. Just sharing your love with someone else is what its about..its not just for couples!
Its hard for me.. I have a fiance who is down in Colombia so I cant even see her during these days until I can get her VISA. thankfully I like in the internet age. besides, you should love this day.. you dont have to buy anything for anyone! Im jealous..
