No. Yours happened B/4 your marriage. She did it while you were married. This is going to turn on her, and she rightfully deserves it.

no the court would not look at it like your wife is telling you. you made a mistake when the two of you were dating and you have correct that. your wife is using that excuse to cheat on you all the time because the sex is not good between the two of you or she no longer want to be with you. Remember a person will do only what you let then to do to you.

that's BS. I say divorce her.Make the reason ADULTERY, then if she ever decides to remarry she cant get married in a church.Use this as a learning experience and if you date a woman and she cheats get rid of her. Make sure those divorce papers say adultery. The courts wont look at life so much when you dated. Start getting proof shes cheating and get a good lawyer.

Talk to a lawyer now, but don't leave usually the one that leaves the house and everything behind usually doesn't get it back. But make sure that this teaches you a lesson. Cheating whether just dating or not is wrong. You shouldn't have to ever deal with that drama no matter what kind of relationship you are in.

The courts really don't care about who was cheating on who. It makes no difference in a divorce case other than to the parties getting divorced. It won't make one iota of difference in a divorce settlement. The court doesn't care why you are getting divorced. All they look at is assets and liabilities and how you are going to divide them.
So at this point you are both just trying to make yourself "right" and the other "wrong". The court doesn't care about your personal life or your personal issues.

The court will not look on what happened outside of the marriage. The past is the past. It is not relevant that you both cheated while dating. The cheating in the marriage is the only relevant issue. Kick her to the Curb!!!

cheating is never good and there is no reason to do it to anyone, it breaks hearts and hurts someones self esteem. i would distance my self from her, your married now, what u did before marriage may have hurt her but u weren't yet married. if she is doing the things u say she is, she is way to immature to be in a commitment, she has other things on her mind. maybe ask her where her heart is, and if it isn't with u, u need to get out of dodge, leave her. people will make up all kinds of excuses why they cheat, but really it is just what she wants to do, has nothing to do with the past really. your past has nothing to do with it, she just wants to be with these others, but blames u because she don't want to be accountable or own up to it.

First of all, I don't know how it is your state, but in many states, there is no fault divorce. This means that it doesn't matter who cheated on who or who didn't cheat at all, it has no effect on the outcome of the divorce.
Now, if your state does have fault, your cheating prior to marriage would have no effect on the outcome of your divorce. She is the one committing adultery.
If I were you, I would file and move on. You don't deserve this.

If you haven't cheated since you got married, then its not applicable in divorce court. Fidelity starts the day you marry...it has no bearing before marriage.

no the court will side with you since she has been cheating while you have been married, just make sure you get some proof before filing for divorce of her cheating, sorry about your divorce but it sounds like you guys should have never gotten married in the first place

Both of you are wrong. This is a sick relationship and I don't see why you got married in the first place! You guys both need to get out of the marriage and move on. Find someone who will treat you better and make sure that you treat the next one as though she is the only woman left on earth.
