no ofcourse he cannot
first bec fifa disallowed any player for playing for 2 national teams as he already played 46 games for Brazil so he cannot play for italy
secondly he got the citizenship bec he loves Milan and in order to leave a place for a foreign player in Milan

No, because he already played for Brasil so he can't change. Before players were able to play for 2 national team but FIFA changed that.
Just a fact Roberto Carlos is a Spanish citizen.

Nope as amazing as that would be though, Fifa rules state that Kaka can only play for Brazil.

No he can't. He's already played for Brazil. Once a player plays for a national team at the senior level, he can't switch sides.

I highly doubt it.
He already has been capped by Brazil.
He may be able to gain Italian citizenship, but he is declared for Brazil (ie, Ronaldinho with Spanish citizenship, but has already been declared for Brazil).
