Hi, I just thought I'd mention as an office manager you will not be on the demands list, have you had a working holiday in Australia? This will give you two years in Australia and you may find a company to sponsor you. There are many occupations you can immigrate to Australia as. You need to check Form 1121i - The Skilled Occupation List. However, just because you have an occupation on this list does not mean that you will pass the points test to be able to migrate.
If you are going to undertake study just so you can migrate to Australia you should study nursing or accounting. Please note that there are many other factors involved and just because you become qualified does not mean that you will be able to migrate.

As office managers are not in demand, I doubt your application will be successful. If you were to be a tradesperson like a bricklayer or carpenter then you would have a better chance
