help how? do you mean help her feel better or help her by getting her what she needs for the baby? go to garage sells or look on ebay for used clothes and toys if you are short on cash. go to her doctor's visits with her if she doesn't have anyone to support her. i don't know if you have a "Big Lots" where you live but they sell new stuff at warehouse prices and i've seen new cribs for around $75 which is great. just be there for her.

Be there for her. Listen when she rants and cries. Her hormones are off the chart.

i dont understand what u mean by help is she ill or do u mean finacially, friends should always be there for one another no matter what predicament.
