If you are both O+, then there is nothing to worry about and all of your children will be O+. The only time you have to worry is when one parent is Rh- and one is Rh+ and even then it is easily dealt with. You blood type will have no effect on your pregnancy and since you are Rh+, your husband's blood type isn't really an issue either. Talk with your doctor or email me if you want a more in-depth description of the biological mechanisms involved.

If you are O+ and your husband is O+, there is absolutely no issue with your pregnancy. Your baby will also, by default, be O+.

You'd only have to worry if he was O- or another negative type of blood. And even then, its treatable with a shot during your pregnancy for your future pregnancies.

Nope shouldn't affect the pregnancy at all. Only if you are rh negative and baby is rh positive does the blood affect your pregnancy

No if you are both O positive it will be fine....that is a more general blood group, if you were in a rare group it would be fine if one parent is in the o group.
