or other movies etc that you would recommend? I was alive and remember when it occured but would like to know more. I have heard the Stone movie was BS so only serious answers. Thank you.

Plenty of books, just Google it. 99 percent of them have a conspiracy point of view to promote. Start with the Warren Report, it is defective, but the core facts and conclusions have not been effectively negated by anyone. All credible evidence continues to point to Lee Harvey Oswald as the triggerman.
History channel has several excellent programs that disect the various conspricies and outline existing facts. You may want to try their site.

PT 109 by Robert J. Donovan (1962 Crest Printing) has nothing to do about the assassination, but is an excellent read on the young JFK.

I am reading the book Goddess, about Marilyn Monroe and there is a whole chapter about her involvement with the Kennedy's. Plus it is a really good book.

Death of a President, by William Manchester, is the best account of the assassination and aftermath (up through the end of 1963).
