I would definitely send it back. I have seen enough issues with government screw-ups to know that I could not get away with it. Even if I could, I would not feel good about stealing from other taxpayers.

I'd like to keep it, but here is what i learned in the army. If they owe you money, you will get it in a year, if you owe them money, you won't get a pay check for 2 months becuase they will just take it from you right away!

Keep it! I'm broke and the way I look at it, as much as I have to pay the goverment for worthless crap, I deserve to get that money back!

I want to say keep it, but I would live in worry that one day they would make me pay it all back! I don't think I could. I could not go to prison and be someones bit

I'd give the money to a charity I trust.
The government has a lot of money as it is. It's just they haven't figured out how to spend it well yet.

I would have to find out why they sent it to me to begin with. I don't want to find out later on down the road that I was suppose to use it for something else.
