Actually, it refers to the second coming of the next legend of the game. It has nothing to do with the USA Basketball team; can't be the dream team b/c Tony Parker (French), and Steve Nash (Canadian) if part of that. It might be refering to the "dream team" of Basketball overall but I think it is the second coming of the next superstar/legend. Watch the intro in Nike.com and it refers to it.

"second coming" and "heir apparent" frequently refers to the "next" Michael Jordan. The new Nike commercial refers to the latest US Olympic team.
