I haven't but my sister has. It was during her Military Police training. They were practicing taking down a hostile person. It took 1 guy and 3 women 115 minutes to take her down. One-on-one none of them would have stood a chance. I've also heard of women that can hold their own in a mosh pit.

If you are interested in a martial art that isn't focused on breaking things, I suggest Aikido. It is all about using attacks against the attacker. You don't have to be particularly strong, mostly using wrist manipulations that really hurt, but you could break a wrist or arm if you really need to.

I think the most common approach is to just go for the nuts. I was kicked by a girl on accident in jr. high and it took me down.

I am a really skinny.I am not very strong,but I can squirm my way out of anything,and then kick/knee/bite/strangle the living crap out of a guy.

yes i did because he didnt think i knew how to box. he didnt even know how to defend himself
