yes, its safe, and i highly recommend it, the orgasm's during pregnancy are very intense... tmi but i either have sex or masterbate every night, im extremely horny entering my third trimester, but i've got a healthy baby boy, so no harm done. and i have never bled yet.

As long as you aren't using a 12inch dildo or like to slam something hard inside you, you should be fine with sex or masturbation.
