How do i stop widows media player from synchronizing ever song on my mp3 player every time i plug it on?

it just automatically start synchronizing and i want to just put what i want on it myself
i have a sansa e260

Don't use media player, uninstall it suks anyway, try Yahoo Music Jukebox or Musicmatch

I was wondering that too when I had my Dell Pocket DJ, and I never did figure that out. So I got an iPod.

set wmp as not your default player.
