Yes, it should be able to be recharged. Check the fluid levels, make sure none of the cells froze and that the case isn't split. If it is damaged get a new one.
If not, I'd put it on a trickle charger and let it charge overnight, and check it with a hydrometer to see if you have any dead cells.

Never Never let an uncharged battery in freezing weather
they will freeze . always charge batteries to full capacity
when you winterize the boat that is the only way to prevent that battery from freezing , a fully charged battery does not freeze
in even below 0 weather... found out the hard way..

It should take a charge. It should not be cracked. Can you check the fluid?
If it did not go all the way flat it will take a charge. If it lost all of its charge it will freeze.

unless it froze , id try a slow charge for a day. maybe 10 amps. max. check the water first !

yes ,charge at medium to low rate for at least 12 hours,the slower the better,
