the vince carter over the french guy in the olympics might be the most publicised dunk, and one of the best dunks of all time. but THE GREATEST DUNK was when jerome lane of the pitt panthers got a pass on a 2 on 1 break and did a total facial on the providence friar player AND broke the backboard. every time i see that dunk i just get hype.

The best dunk I've ever seen was by Dr. J when he stole the ball from Michael Cooper of the Lakers, cupped it and did a windmill dunk right in Coops' face.

it definately would be Vince carter over the seven footer in the olypmics. Then MJ from the line. I like alot of vince's dunks, and jr smith, josh smith and iguadala. kobe gerald wallace aren't bad either.
I liked shaq backboard breaker, and the infamous dunk by Taurian Fontette (aka the air up there) in and1 basketball.

that dunk iguadala did in last years dunk contest was freak-ish
the one the one where he caught the ally from behind the goal

Either that Jordan tip in from the missed free throw, or the one where Shaq pulled down the enitre backboard. Those are my favoirtes.

Bulls game....Free throw...missed...michael jordan comes out of nowhere and dunks it right off the rim. it was sick.
