ok honey, dont worry...the most important tip is just to relax, wet the top of the tampon so it slides in more easily, get your index finger and middle finger and pull your clit/lips or whatever you wanna call them apart, you also need to remember that your vagina goes towards your back, so point the tampon slightly towards your back and push it in either with the applicator or with your finger. dont force it in any direction though, it should just go in. If you need any more advice or help, please IM me at sarahscholtz if you have yahoo messenger or email me at sarahscholtz@yahoo.com. good luck honey! just RELAX xxxxx

Try inserting your finger (up to your nuckle) first to see if this hurts. Try to relax as much as possible and use a little vaseline if you have to. The applicator tampons are best I think. Don't be put off though. Practise makes perfect - you just have to keep on trying and you will get it right soon. Good luck.

I assume you have never used them before?? This sounds silly, but first make sure your are going into the right "hole" ha ha...
Tilt the tampon so that it isn't going straight up and down, but towards the back...relax....it is a bit tough until you get the hang of it...I had the same problem...years and years ago...then one day I was like, this sucks, I am going to figure it out!! read the little instruction pamphlet that is in the box and ta dah!! It worked!! Good luck!!

1. you need to be on your period. if your not then it will hurt as well as put you at a higher risk of tss (toxic shock syndrome). not good

2. read the little instruction leaflet that comes in the box with your tampons. it will show you what to do with pictures

3. you need to relax. if you're tense then your 'netheregions' will constrict, causing a tighter hole which will make it harder to put them in

4. dont do it sitting down for the first time. stand up and put one leg on the bath or something of that height i.e. a chair. it helps.

5. use non applicator tampons. theyre smaller (wont hurt as much). and less confusing for the first time user

hope it helps

i understand you in trouble-free terms want solutions from women folk yet enable my first piece of advice be that women folk don't understand what they prefer. you're not any further 18, you are able to not hit the bars, you are able to not hit maximum golf equipment. so that you're stuck in college and that is the problem. you've possibly been going to school with maximum of those people your entire existence or atleast for 3 to 4 years of highschool and characteristic been through anybody you understand that you're attracted to. and those you don't understand you do not attitude because you understand the pecking order and click set up of your college and do not attitude them. hence....... GET OUT of highschool FOR a at the same time as. That progression basically can not be your entire existence. you want to holiday or basically visit a diverse area. i grow to be a football participant so i grow to be stuck on the video games yet would I advise travelling different colleges video games. I did that in basketball season besides the undeniable fact that the video games the position weekdays alot so the finally end up grow to be as solid. you'll meet dissimilar new people your human being age and also you gained't have any of the former carry united statesputting over you. you'll have a sparkling rep and a sparkling initiate and also you'll vanish basically as quite if issues do not bypass properly. Get a wing guy (no one likes a guy status on my own and also you gained't come across a lady status on my own both) and hit a cofee keep or regardless of. Meet new people in case you want to fulfill a sparkling female.... duhh. :)

Ok the first thing is that there is no way they will go in when your all freaked out! Just relax if needs be just lie on your bed for a bit and chill out. Also make sure you are putting them in at the right angle and maybe start on the smallest size. Dont worry it happens to alot of people it took me a good few months before i got it sorted. My best advice is to just relax and have a good read of the intructions. You will get there in the end!!

Well if you read the leaflet that is enclosed with them it explains everything. The diagrams are pretty descriptive. If you are any bit anxious when trying to insert one, then your vagina muscles will tighten and this is why you will be finding them hard to put in.

Not all women feel comfortable using tampons so don't punish yourself if you can never use them,

alright, i have this problem sometimes, i use O.B. tampons. I recommend buying "silk ease" they have this layer on the outside of the tampon that helps them slide in and out very easily. if you cant find them, then before inserting the tampon wet it a little bit with saliva, and insert. If THAT doesnt't work...then i lay on my back, and spread my legs so my vagina opens up bigger. good luck =]!!!

if you've not yet had sex, it could be that your hymen isn't broken. If you keep trying to insert tampons it will eventually break (not as painful as it sounds) and they should slide in

otherwise, try using a mini tampon and see if you have any luck, and try to relax before you put it in, as it won't go in if you're tense

1. use your fingers to spread out the vagina flaps
2. put a little salava at the tip of the tampon for easy sliding (or lubricant gel)
3. relax so your muscles don't tense up

Hope i answered your question!
