Mario Kart DS, New Super Mario Bros., and True Swing Golf are in my opinion the best games out there. (I have all three)
Also, Super Mario 64 looks pretty good too.
Also, when it comes out April 22, 2007, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are expected to be a huge hit if you are a big pokemon fan.

Like adventure games? Try Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass coming out this year.
Pokemon Games? Pokemon Diamond and Pearl coming out April 27,2007 or Pokemon Ranger.
Like Dogs? Nintendogs is a great game for you!
Like Learning? Brain Age chalenges your brain so you can learn and have fun at the same time!

definitely any game that is wi-fi. you don't even have to have wi-fi, cuz mcdonalds nationwide now have free wi-fi for ds users.

oh, and megaman battle network 5 double team is pretty awesome. it's got both versions of bn5 on there, but good luck finding one, they stopped making them back in 2005...
