You can simply take an aspirin or any kind of headache medicine to relieve the pain. DO NOT wet your hair as others have suggested . You will mess your hair up. You also might not want to pull them up in a ponytail just yet because they are still freshly done.

There isn't much to do short of taking them out. If you don't want to do that put your hair in a loose ponytail and wrap your hair up in a bandana or scarf. After the scarf is tied take your hair out of the ponytail, that way the braids won't mess up while sleeping. Or you could take some Advil. Thirdly if non of the suggestions work the only other way is to wait until your hair grows out.

Take Tylenol, or aspirin for pain it my last about a week, your edges and kitchen area(hair area near neck) are the most sensitive area be careful that it doesn't break, keep your hair up until about a week don't keep pulling on in

Pop tylenol for now and the next time tell them not to braid so tight.

What I normally do is take an Aspirin and use the braid spray. It helps a lot.

Grease, lots of oil on your scalp. Also use a spray bottle and wet it up.

Well maybe soaking them in water or taking a bath will loosen them up. Good luck!
