That is a common urge on the part of big hippos named George.
Statistically, it turns out that most find out they aren't really ice cream before they freeze, though. The reason they find out is because they find out from experts like those on Yahoo Answers.
I think you will be ok, now. You can be cool, just not cold. That is an extreme we would not wish.

Run your finger down your arm and then insert into mouth........does it have the flavor of ice cream? probably not.
Next, look down on your floor.....do you see a bit of melted you lying there? probably not.
Don't freeze yourself in the freezer but if these thoughts keep swirling around in your head..........maybe you should turn the heat down; just in case and keep sampling the taste of your arms............for any kind of faint ice cream taste.
Now, if you follow these instructions you need a shrink more than I thought. lol

Because if you were a tub of ice cream you'd melt. Also, I don't think ice cream can type and use a computer.
