In the episode she gets told the results first on her own.
She then goes out into the reception of Carl Kennedy's practise and calles Stingray in.
Dylan - Thinking it means Stingray is the father - storms off.
Stingray then is shown cuddling the baby, and Sky tells him, it's not his, but infact Dylans, and she wanted to let him down first.
So yeah, Dylans the father xD
At the end of the episode, Dylan makes his feeling clear towards Sky and reveals he is going to be fighting for Visitation rights to visit babt Kerry on her own (I suspect he may even try for custody.)
