Youtube also is a good source for videos. I am assuming you already know, when you watch a video on your computer the video is downloaded cache to your hard drive. so after is done playing you can go get it to your temporaty internet files.
the youtube files are normally name get_video so you will have to rename and put an extension .flv then you can convert it to avi or mp4 using a converter software.
It is the same when you play music out of the internet go and look in your temporary files you will find all kind of stuff there.
You can go there if you just do Tools>Internet Options>then on the temporary internet files hit the tab of setting then select view files.
