You may have some kinda post-hypnotic command in your mind because you don't know what really makes you to cry...

There are different ways to overcome this situation, but only one produces the desired results or they will give you the money back:

Look for an Auditor at the nearest Dianetics Centre, he will help you.
They follow an extremely rigid code of honor and there is NOTHING they can do that will hurt you. I met some in the past and they are very professional.

They will help you to help yourself. They will just listen, compute and ask questions in a way so you will find out what happened to you and then onwards you will never cry again for that very reason, coz you will understand that what is making you to cry nowadays is some incident in your past and that, is over.
Once you look at it with their help, you will understand it.

Or, maby you are getting along with somebody who supresses you. And again, they will halp you to desconect from this person. They are good on what they do. The best I would say.

I really don't know the details of your life, so I presumed it could be this or that. But no matter which area of your life shall be addressed to, the auditor will know.

It appears that you dwell on things that make you cry. You are focused on crying. Try dwelling on things that make you happy. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, try counting your blessings. If you take illegal drugs or drink alcohol -- stop both -- they add to the depression. If you're still in a deep funk try seeking medical help.

Don't live in the past, look forward to the future, and enjoy the moment. You cannot change what has already happened. You cannot control other people. You can only control your reaction to them.

Learn to laugh. Try visiting livedigital.com and do a search on funny videos. In no time you will be laughing. Laughter is good medicine. Learn to laugh at yourself and your mistakes. Learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them. Better yet, learn from the mistakes of others. It saves wear and tear on your own psyche.

I think it is healthy for you to cry. But I think that if you cry everyday I think it is unhealthy. It might be stress or you can be suffering from depression. I think that you should just relax and chill for awhile. Treat yourself to nice things and just try to stay in a positive mood. I know it sounds easy but I know it's hard. Take care of yourself. I don't think you need counseling I think that you need some aromatherapy and a vacation. Maybe a big hug will help. Good Luck.

Well, could be you're depressed? Finding out 'why' may not help you though. Personally I'd try to find the moments that you aren't crying and build on those.

"I cry a lot - I don't know why, but it just helps me. I cry over bad and good stuff - sometimes sadness can be beautiful."- Amy Lee from Evanescence

Don't worry, either you're depressed or you're just over emotional about things.
