My toilet is clogged with these things.

go to a home improvement store and get a toilet auger. It will give you a 4 - 6 foot reach into your pipes. A plunger will most likely be useless! And Id ask for a different valentines present!

In most cases you can open a clogged toilet using a force ball-type plunger. A regular suction cup plunger will seldom do the job. A force ball-type plunger exerts a great deal more pressure for cleaning toilets than the regular type.
Be sure to have sufficient water in the toilet bowl when using the plunger.
If the plunger does not clear the clogged drain, use a closet auger. Start the auger or snake into the bowl and continue to crank it until it becomes tight. This cranking and pulling action will usually bring up the object that is causing the stoppage.

You can use a plunger first. You should ask your females in the house to be more careful. Or get a more powerful toilet.

No, use a plumbing snake. You could buy at any hardware store. It is a long wire with hooks at the end and you make it go down any drain and what ever is stuck usually is pulled out by the hooks at the end of the wire.
