There are not any unexplored regions in Greece, because it is a very small country, inhabited for thousand of years...
The less frequented regions are the mountains of Pindos and Taygetos and some of the small rocky islands between Greece and Turkey or in the very middle of the Aegean...
Does this help a little?
Why do you want to know?

It is hard to find unexplored regions in Greece. Now if you mean areas that are not travelled by tourists, indeed there are a few or at least a few where you will not be trampled by tourists. Zagorohoria to the north, up in the mountains is lovely and pretty well "primitive".

Greece has been inhabited for over 100,000 years now, so it is impossible to have unexplored areas.
