no I think that's a load of tripe. you have to help yourself, no one else is going to

Well, they will resolve by themselves, but I sure would be unhappy with the results. I think that you have to get involved and try to influence the outcome of any potential problems before they get extreme. Also, if you wait and let them resolve themselves, you will cause yourself a LOT of stress and anxiety by not participating and just waiting to see what happens. I know this because I used to do it myself.

i`m an expert on this subject as i suffer from the bury my head in the sand syndrome and the worse the problem is the more i go into absolute denial .
i can vouch for the fact that for good or for bad every problem will be resolved

Problems usually do not resolve themselves. You have to work at things to make them better. Things usually get worse without some kind of help. (Unless it is the wrong kind of help!)

No. Things don't just sort themselves out. That's like taking 2 weeks off, really enjoying yourself and getting back to work to find that no one was covering for you while you were away.

Problems do resolve themselves.. However when you do nothing about it chances are it wont be a resolution that you will like..

Everything is dealt with eventually whether we're the ones that deal with it or not, it will be resolved.

yes this is called "serendipity" and it is a good plan for going through life.

In any decision type situation, always remember you have the option of just "doing nothing". We tend to forget this at our peril.
