I said no he is not considered as a human because he is not born from a mother, but is a creation. He has no soul. He learns quickly and would be a baby genius. The appearance of the creature, and the rejection from humans.

I need more examples, if you can help.

The creature himself did not consider being a human. He has no family. Victor Frankenstein can be considered as his father, but was abandoned by him. He has no mother, and as we know, every human being has a mother. Even if the mother is dead, or abandoned the child, there still is a mother, and the creature doesn't have that. But there's cloning. Think of that. He has no brothers or sisters that look like him, but it can be created.

Honestly, I think it's much easier to write that he is considered as a human than not.

Is Frankenstein human? by the simple definition of a humanoid:
hu·man·oid (hym-noid) KEY

ADJECTIVE: Having human characteristics or form.

NOUN: A being having human form

Is this enough, no. Does he have a soul? No he was created by Man, not God.

Is he a Monster; probably, no more than his creator.
Can a human be a Monster, certainly a serial killer is a Monster with a soul and made by God. Very good question.

More than this, Frankenstein's creature is assembled from different corpses all of which are by definition "soul-less," as (pretty much regardless of what religion or philosophy you practice) the soul or personality of an individual departs the body at the time of death. He is truly a "creation" or "monster" (refer back to the Latin root: hand-made) of Man rather than God or Nature.

Tough call. It's the abortion debate. What makes a human a human (person)?

Human DNA (check). Brainwaves and heartbeat (check). Self-awareness (check). The ability to rationalize and grow in understanding (check).

Initially, I would have said he's not, but I just reasoned myself into saying he is.

But I disagree, I think the creature's humanity is greater than his creator.

Only God can create a human. Victor von Frankenstein only THOUGHT he was God!
