How can I put a slide together for algae? My brother and I are doing a lab and the book says "Here is the stuff that you need now do it."

Find some pond water, or perhaps some from your fish tank. Place a drop of it on a microscope slide. Place a cover slip over the drop of water. Examine this under the microscope. There is a very high probability you will find some algae, and it is also likely you may observe paramecium in this simple experiment. Enjoy!

Find the algae from water and place it on a slide and they should say something about a dye to color it so it would be easier to see the different parts.

are u home schooled? why don't you ask your teacher? that is not very easy to explain, if you cant understand the book, how can i explain it any better? its better to be shown that particular task.
