The baby. ;)
Nobody gets hurt or their feelings harmed, and they'll probably think it's cute. It's all because of the baby you're sending anything, after all!

Here is my suggestion. Copy and paste this in a card which you make for the child.
Welcome to the world you poor out of wedlock child. Sorry that you were born into this situation. But maybe it will serve to teach you what you really need to see and know in life.
You are a child that was born to two people who have a low moral standard. Neither of them wished to be responsible, but rather they wished to have fun, enjoy themselves and see morals and life as simply choices they made, no matter whom else might be involved or whom it might cause problems for.
Now, as you grow, realize this situation had absolutely nothing to do with you. You are born a wonderful human being. How you conduct your life and the choices you make will be a deciding factor in your remaining a wonderful human being or merely what the world already has enough of, selfish twits who are only interested in what they like and want and can find a way to justify.

Baby or both parents. It doesn't really matter because people usually only look at the addresses at the Post Office (or the mail man). I once addressed my letter to a friend with their dogs' names and it still arrived.

The baby (or include the names of both parents as well, since they are living together).

You could either address it to both parents or the baby if you know his/her name.
