Okay. I just came home and ran straight to the bathroom, just to be sure, and noticed two dots on my pants- an obvious period stain! No one said anything to me all day, and I didn't hear people gossiping about it! Does that mean that no one noticed? That's SO embarrassing? What do I do to face the embarrassment? Think about when I was walking UP the staircase! How many people do you think saw?!?!

This is something that happens to many women. 9 times out of 10, if they saw it, it probably happened to them as well. Try using a tampon and a pad at the same time to keep your period from seeping through.

oh my goodness one of those answers is so cruel. Don't let the insensitivity make you feel bad, the whole point of yahoo answers is that you can ask questions - I don't understand why people get so nasty about things, no one's forcing them to answer.

Anyway don't worry too much, no one will have noticed, and even if they did, they won't say anything. Just say you sat on paint or something. I agree with another answer - try tampons and towels for heavy days.

lol, thats honestly stupid no offense. People out here (me) right now are worried about getting pregnant. And you are scared that someone might of saw two little period dots on your pants. I'm sorry but im just under so much stress, i would trip down a flight of stairs and have my whole pants be period stained and everyone know. there are much worse things out there than having someone see your little period marks. Everyone gets there period anyways its nothing really to be embarrassed about and if anyone does tease you or say something about it, tell them it was an accident and to grow up because every girl in this world gets there period.
