Creative to me describes a die hard problem solver. When the standard intellect can't solve it a creative person really shines, goes in directions that would dizzy most problem solvers. These people are "Idea generators" as opposed to the people like myself who are "idea developers" although many of us developers need to be creative to get these lunatic ideas off the ground. The creative person is almost always a "CAN DO" personality. Very up beat and extremely bubbly!

To me creative means being able to think outside of the box in a way that no one else has. a good example of this is Picasso. He, instead of seeing lines for what they really were (ex. arm, or ear), he saw them as lines. This helped him create such interesting works of art.
