I not siding with Bush I am defending myself!

I am a recovering drug addict who ONCE was untrustworthy. I now have 15months clean and sober and I have experienced a total turn around in my life. I am responsible, accountable, trustworthy, and honest. I fess up when I am wrong. I am a friend, a lover, and a daughter. I have a life. When I say I'm gonna do something I do it. I'm there.

And I despise you for stereotyping us because of one bad drug addict! I do not put the pressure of the world on my shoulders. I do not blame myself nor America for all it's problems. Go to www.loosechange911.com and see why people are dying over there. It has nothing to do with the citizens of America. It has everything to do with the "high standing." These people who are behind the mess. And unfortunately we lay underneath them.
If you think that the citizens of America have choices its a bunch of crap and lies that have been fed to us along with a promise of freedom.
My HUSBAND died in Iraq April 22 2006 His Hummer rode over an IED and he BURNED to death. Its not their fault. They join the military to make a life for themselves and for their families, and they GIVE their lives! GIVE! They know what they signed up for. The war is out of the peoples control. We are not free. Freedom ALWAYS has a price to pay!

Thanks for listening to me. I feel better.

Trust is an ongoing thing of which it is completely ok to have a form of checks and balances. TRUSTING the person blindly is not good..... but letting them know that you trust them sometimes will build confidence in them to continue to be trusted by keeping clean. An Honest person will tell you the truth every time. Ask a direct question...... if they have reasoned it dead to themselves and to God, they will answer you honestly and it will never have the power over them as it once did. They therefor have conquered it completely and YES, you can trust them that this is true. On the other hand they may confess to you how hard it is to keep straight or clean and now you have gained their trust as a confidant. Help them in any way you can but remember two things. 1. Professionals do it best....... 2. If they are clean, they can stay clean by not thinking or talking about it, so it is very good if it is not even mentioned. Much more in life to do than to dwell on some bad behavior. Replacing it with something better is the best way.

Our bad judgment,I don't think so. He won square he took full advantage of electoral loop holes and the fact that there was not enough voice at the polls to make a real change.

Bottom line: We need to make sure every vote is counted even from the citizens overseas and we need to do our duty to our nations and get to the polls and vote. The American people failed by sheer indifference to the opportunity to speak out. As for the drug addict part there are people that have stayed clean and have led productive lives with that disease past looming over their heads we can not say that is a big reasons for not giving an ex drug addict a chance at anything only time can be the real key tell tale sign.

I am a recovering drug addict and an active member of NA. I find your question to show a sophomoric level of ignorance that unfortunately will turn some people away from some of your more valid points. In the past I found your banter amusing. We agree on many key issues, and I must admit that I too have let my frustration and anger reduce me to this level in the past. I thank you for letting me see my reflection in your pissy puddle. As true Patriotic Americans who are fed up with the status quo we need to take the moral higher ground that has become so readily available.

President Bush may not be a fantastic President, but this Iraq 'war' is completely necessary and nowhere near as bloody as CNN and Fox and your newspapers make it out to be. And he was never a junkie.

First, Bush never said he was an addict...Obama did.. second, The war in Iraq is due to the failure of the Clinton administration's economic strategy for Russia . The complete collapse of Russia's economy in 1998 saw industrial and agricultural output drop sharply. The only industry in which Russia enjoys a true comparative advantage in global markets is military hardware, weaponry, and related technologies. When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, Russia inherited an immense military-industrial complex, this complex was devoted to the development of weapons of mass destruction.Nearly 1,200 metric tons of enriched uranium and 200 tons of plutonium.30, 40,000 metric tons of chemical weapons agents stored at seven depots, and 24 former chemical weapons production facilities, and a biological weapons program. The Soviet Ministry of Defense ran four military microbiological facilities, research was carried out through a complex of 50 pharmaceutical facilities known as Biopreparat that engaged in the secret development of biological agents.Russian arms exports have reached as much as $4.8 billion annually.Because of Clinton's failure ,Iran and other rogue nations seeking to build WMD programs saw Russia's economic hardships as an opportunity to purchase the highest-quality expertise cheaply. They sold Iran technology for ballistic missiles, nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, and biological weapons; they have assisted with Iraq's ballistic missile program, its chemical weapons program, and its oil smuggling operations; and the sale of conventional arms to Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, and Syria.
An Iranian Shahab-3 missile takes part in a parade in Tehran Sept. 25, 1998, to mark the 18th anniversary of the outbreak of the war with Iraq. The missile, with an 800-mile range, is capable of reaching Israel. Intelligence reports noted that Iran worked with the Russian Space Agency, the Bauman Institute, Rosvooruzhenie, and other Russian firms in developing the missille.
In the fall of 1998, Russian arms export agency Rosvooruzhenie and Iraq completed a deal worth $160 million in military hardware including upgrades of this MiG-29 fighter. These fighters have engaged NATO pilots over Kosovo and Iraq.
The Clinton administration consistently avoided imposing meaningful sanctions on the export of missile technology to Iran, despite the authority to do so that it possessed under the Arms Export Control Act, the Export Administration Act, the Iran-Iraq Arms Nonproliferation Act of 1992, and the Foreign Assistance Act.
General Anatoly Kuntsevich, was caught attempting to sell five tons of VX nerve gas components to Syrian agents presumably acting on behalf of Iraq. Furthermore, Kuntsevich allegedly sold another 1,760 pounds of chemicals to unnamed buyers from the Middle East. The Clinton administration merely issued a "warning"..
So the "over a million homeless and untold thousands dead" are a result of the Clinton administrations bad judgement....
