1. Me (because if I don’t live there at all, then I can’t live there happily.)
2. My wife (I won’t be happy without her.)
3. A comfortable place to sleep (what can I say…I maintain my happiness easily.)

Good takeaway place (ideally pizza or chinese), a good library open at convenient times, good cycle paths.
I currently live in Cambridge. It scores high on takeaways and cycle paths, but the libraries are crap (although there are lots of cheap books shops).
