Well, i think first there was the "Walk this way" song in the 80's by Run DMC and Aerosmith. Then there was the band ANTHRAX. Now I think there are a bunch of bands that kinda mix it up. Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit..... is kinda mixed i think...

I believe they have a different title, gangster rap and that sort of thing, and they are a respected music type,(depending on who you ask) Every generation has a new music style, probably because each new generation want their own unique identity's. A lot of people dont have any respect at all for the rap style of music, but for the people who like that style or genre, there is nothing better.

No....It's A fad that always ends in a train wreck...it's not genuine and therefore cannot be taken seriously by rock and roll fans everywhere.
