No. Fact is none of it is true.
Anyone saying it is will point you to the Democrat or liberal web sites "saying" that he has said it.
If you put the quote in google or any other search engine and it does not come up under CNN, FOX or another real news site or a .gov website then it is total BS.

Yes he said that. Thing is, noone hears the rest of it. He was complimenting a woman when she told him she contributes to her family by working three jobs.
