The best way is a "Back handed compliment" Like "I don't care what everyone else says,I think you look nice." Or "Have you lost weight? you don't look as heavy as when I saw you last" If you are too nice to women they will walk all over you.If you want a woman to pursue you, you have to make her work at it,don't just lay down for her. Women respond best to being put off . If you are too nice to women they'll treat you like crap,if you treat them like crap they'll be nice. It's a Mars ,Venus thing I guess. I know I'll get flack from the chicks on this ,but it's because they know it's true.

You could start by realizing we are not all the same and a compliment for one isn't necessarily the best one for another.
For instance, some women are most interested in hearing compliments about their beauty, their body, or their smil, eyes, lips, etc. Others, even beautiful women, want to hear something else.... maybe a compliment about their wisdom, their intelligence, their insight. Others would rather hear a compliment about their wonderful abilities as a good mother. Others may want to hear praise about their hot wheels (car) and still anther may want to be complimented about their good pitching arm or something else involving sports.
Contrary to what some men think... we don't all come from the same mold.
Flattery, if sincere and well though out, will get you everywhere, but you have to be careful about it if your intention is to make sexual progress.
Don't you think men are the same in that one guy may love to hear how handsome he is but another would rather hear a compliment about how impressed I am with his ability to fix the car?

Don't be too free with compliments,if you must be subtle enough that she almost has to wonder if it was a compliment.
Most women will view a compliment as a sign of weakness and attempt to seize the opportunity to capitalize on it. This coming from a woman is sort of like leaking trade secrets.I suggest listening to Tom Leykis www.blowmeuptom.com. He is one of the few men who has figured out our game.

I think that the best response I get whether from a guy i find attractive or not is it that person is being genuine. Walking by and say "you look great in that outfit" for instance? if you are drooling and have a huge smile they may assume your a horny if with a normal smile then there is a just being nice impression and you will get the he's a nice guy reaction! Trust me there is a difference in the way things come across!

Compliment her through your actions. What a girl wants from a man is his willingness to know what she likes and surprise her.
For God sake be sincere and real and keep your intentions above board.
The biggest compliment that you can give her is to listen and understand her while appreciating her point of view.

Wow. Tough question. Tell her she loks and she will say " Your justsaying that because you want something later" or "Sure, Sure, I look a mess, just look at me". Hmmm. Keep telling her you love her from time to time. How muchyou appreciate the small things she does for you, have examples ready my friend.
Compliment on the dinner and how good it is, even though you have had it many times, it is nice to hear these things.

I love when guys tell me that they love my eyes & that they can see how big a heart I have by looking in my eyes. I also like it when they say I have pretty hair. I don't know if they're pick up lines or not but it makes me feel beautiful. I also get comments on my smile which is nice too

the real answer is to mean something when you say it, look into the girls eyes, and really sincerely say something nice. it doesn't usually matter what is said that compliments her, its if the guy really means it, and can say it with out laughter or disgust!
