i know that the other V3 models like the v3c has that option, but can the V3m be put on vibrate and ring at the same time. i read the manual, but nothing is said about it being on both.

If Cingular H8R's answer doesn't work, you may have to do a seem edit on your phone to enable this, you can find info and a guide at http://www.hacktherazr.com
Another option would be to download motorola software update from the motorola site or hacktherazr(on the download page) and do a update on your phone(requires usb cable and driver). The newer software may have the vibrate then ring option enabled

My telephone is almost continually on vibrate. that is continually in my pocket or on the table next to me, and has an highly loud vibrate, so i ought to listen all of it the way downstairs regardless of if that is on vibrate. I from time to time have it on my ringtone, yet my vibrate is on now

this is how i did it on my MOTORAZR V3m:

step 1. open phone
step 2. push the menu key
step 3. go to settings
step 4. go to sound settings
step 5. go to incoming calls
step 6. go to alert type
step 7. click vibrate and melody

THERE YOU GO!

(my razr was a special custamized 1 just 4 me so idk if its the same as urs or not)

i don't think that is an option for your phone. i have the same and cannot find the option.
