when there are tons of people here who need help to, and aids rates are rising in america, is this interest in africa just a way for celebrities to make thems elves look good?

I agree with you. Should start in your own backyard before helping others. Especially since on the news last week there were talking about a few men in the USA that have a newer strain of AIDS that is not helped by drugs normally taken. Sad!!!

What do I think.I think some jerk escaped the lab with the virus accidently infected.ran to africa looking for a way out infected some woman over there and is now a dead man with no history,.Call me paranoid or extreme.It is just hard to believe the circumstances surrounding that rogue.

It's much more rampant in Africa and affects every demographic. I think they need all the help they can get and I wish the people going over there to help the best of luck.

I think that it does not matter what anyone says about the fact that it is in America too. Because people will support the cause that they want to support. Like I support Muscular Dystrophy and Autism. I want my money to go for kids like my daughter.

I am not for it. I think you need to be able to save yourself and your own before you can save the world. This adopting African babies is ridicukous. Millions of kids need adopting in this country. Angelina Jolie can die for all I care, I can't believe she actually said she loves her African children more. What kind of mother says that?
