normally I use Suave but I am using Selson Salon right now and after this bottle I have some of that Silk Results or something...the new type out.... comes in red, blue, green and yellow....do you know what I'm talking about? well I have the green one.
What shampoo do you use?
oh ya, and I hate herbal essenses. It makes my hair soo gross.

I use alot of different kinds because it will make your hair stonger from the change. I use Pantene, vo5, and suave and sometimes dandruff shampoo.
